Warranty Information

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and are committed to delivering a professional, reliable service.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All product and material warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer. Any claims relating to product defects, wear, or performance must be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.

Our Fitting Warranty

We provide a 12-month workmanship (fitting) warranty from the date installation is completed. This warranty covers installation issues that arise directly as a result of our fitting and that would not normally be expected under proper installation standards.

If the subfloor has been prepared by the customer or a third party prior to our installation, LFF accepts no liability for any issues arising from the condition, preparation, or structural integrity of that subfloor.

Where a pre-prepared subfloor is provided, installation is carried out at the customer’s own risk. Payment of the deposit and final balance confirms acceptance that the subfloor is of suitable and sound condition for installation, and that LFF is not responsible for defects resulting from its prior preparation.What Is Not Covered

Our fitting warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by leaks, flooding, or moisture issues

• Lack of proper maintenance or care

• General wear and tear

• Accidental damage or misuse

• Issues resulting from structural movement or subfloor problems beyond our control

The warranty applies only to faults directly related to our installation workmanship.
